ISCHE 47 – Registration

Early bird registration for ISCHE 47 in Athens, Greece, will open on 20 March 2026 and close on 8 May 2026. Standard registration will begin on 9 May 2026.

All participants attending the conference must register via the online conference system, ConfTool (see link below). This includes:

  • Presenting authors
  • Co-authors attending the conference
  • Non-presenting (listening-only) delegates

Please note that proposals for which none of the authors have registered by 30 May 2026 will be withdrawn from the conference programme.

If you have submitted a presentation, please log in to your existing ConfTool user account with your username and password. You can register for the conference by clicking “Register as Participant” on your ConfTool overview page.

If you have not yet created a user account for this year’s system, please do so via ConfTool. Once your account is created, you can proceed to register as a participant.

Payment options: You can pay by debit card, credit card, or PayPal. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact the ISCHE office (note that your bank may apply additional fees).

Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee has been received. Thank you for your understanding.

ISCHE 47 Registration Fees

Each person attending ISCHE 47 must register as a participant, whether or not they are presenting.
  • Co-authors not attending the conference do not need to register.
  • Co-authors attending the conference, even if not presenting, must register.

Fees vary depending on:

  • The date of registration (early bird or standard rate)
  • The participant’s ISCHE membership status

Reduced fees apply for:

  • Early Career Researchers (ECRs) — proof of ECR status must be uploaded during registration.
  • Delegates residing in low-GDP countries.

Registration fees for the in-person conference include:

  • Access to all sessions, round tables, and keynotes (15–18 July 2026)
  • Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference
  • Free admission to the opening reception
  • Access to all online sessions during the pre-conference ISCHE 47 Online

After registering, you will receive an email receipt acknowledging your registration. The invoice will be available for download in your ConfTool account once payment has been fully processed.

Refund Policy

  • 100% refund (minus bank processing fees) for cancellations received before 9 May 2026.
  • 50% refund for cancellations received between 9 May and 30 May 2026.
  • No refunds for cancellations received after 30 May 2026.

Please select your registration rate carefully in accordance with your presentation type and membership status. Refunds for incorrect registrations will only be possible until 30 May 2026.
