General Assembly 2025

The ISCHE General Assembly, will take place tomorrow, 9 July 2025, from 14:00 to 15:30 (Central European Summer Time). This year’s General Assembly will be held in a hybrid format, allowing members to participate either in person in Lille or online via Zoom.

Participation Details:

• Session: A0 SES GA – General Assembly
• 9 July 2025, from 14:00 to 15:30 (Central European Summer Time).
• Location: Amphi Hannah Arendt (in Lille) and online via Zoom

💻 Online Participation

• To ensure secure access, all online participants are required to pre-register and will be confirmed before the meeting
• 👉 Please pre-register here. Once registered, you will receive confirmation as an online participant.

Electronic Voting

• The General Assembly election will be conducted exclusively online. All ISCHE members as of 15 June 2025 are eligible to vote.
• Regardless of whether you attend in person or online, you must have access to your email in order to vote.

An email from Choice Voting was sent to all ISCHE members on 8 July 2025, containing:

• Your Voter ID and Voter Key
• A secure link to access the online voting system
