How to submit to ISCHE 47
Submission Time: 28 November 2025 – 31 January 2026
ISCHE 47 will take place in person in Athens from 15 – 18 July 2026 and is preceded by the online conference from 9 – 10 July 2026.
Proposals where none of the authors has registered for the conference until 30 May 2026 will be withdrawn from the programme.
User accounts from previous ISCHE years were not copied to ConfTool. All users must create a new user account in Conftool 2025/26, link available below.
Please read the below information carefully before you start to submit your proposal:
- All proposals for ISCHE 47 must be submitted using the online submission system ConfTool for ISCHE 47, Athens. Accounts from previous years are no longer available, so please create a new user account. Afterwards you can access the submission form which will allow you to enter your proposal.
- You will be technically unable to submit your proposal if information is missing. Please collect all necessary information before you start submitting your proposal. It is also important to stay within the limits of word-counts indicated in the examples as otherwise the submission system will not process your submission.
- All submissions need to be directed towards an ISCHE 47 strand. If you choose to submit to one SWG (B-strand), please choose a second strand in case that the reviewers don’t find your submission suitable for your preferred first choice strand.
- We recommend you first consult the information on the ISCHE Formats of Presentations. Then please prepare your abstract according to the pre-conditions in a text programme and “copy and paste” it into the Conftool submission form.
- Conference proposals may be presented in any of ISCHE’s five conference languages: English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
- Once provided with a username and password you can re-enter the conference system (ConfTool) at any time prior to the submission deadline in order to change or update your data and proposal.
- Please remember to keep your username and password safe – you will need them again to register for the conference.
You can download a small guide on how to create your user account and use Conftool here.
